  • Cardiac Rehab Saves Lives After Coronary Angioplasty

    A study recently by Mayo Clinic recently published in the medical journal, Circulation, found that patients who underwent angioplasty to open up a blocked coronary artery and then participated in outpatient cardiac rehabilitation had a 45% lower risk of dying of any cause within a 3-year period than patients who didn't go to cardiac rehab.
