We encourage early registration to ensure proper meal counts for the conference.

*If you are not a member, you will need to create a guest account through AACVPR to register.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you are unable to attend the conference and need to cancel your registration; please contact the WISCPHR Treasurer, Abby Ahlskog, by Friday, April 5th, 2024 to receive a refund. There will be a $60.00 administrative fee applied to all cancellations. The cancellation policy only applies to the WISCPHR conference registration fees. Please contact the hotel, regarding their cancellation/refund policy.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE STATEMENT
WISCPHR will take photos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos are for WISCPHR use, only, and may appear on the WISCPHR Website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future WISCPHR promotional material. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.

How to Claim CEU's
Conference CEU certificates will be emailed to you after completing the conference survey in Google Forms (instructions and link will be in the conference booklet)

Pre-Conference CEU certificates will will be emailed to you after completing the Pre-conference survey in Google Forms (instructions and link will be in the conference booklet)
