CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and/or refund requests for in-person registrations must be received in writing to wiscphr@gmail.com. A $60 administrative fee will be assessed to refund requests through Friday April 3^rd, 2026. No refunds will be issued after April 3^rd, 2026. No refunds will be made for no-shows. If any circumstances or events beyond the control of WISCPHR causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, WISCPHR agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee which WISCPHR is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damage arising from the event. The cancellation policy only applies to the WISCPHR conference registration fees. Please contact the hotel, regarding their cancellation/refund policy.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE STATEMENT
WISCPHR will take photos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos are for WISCPHR use, only, and may appear on the WISCPHR Website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future WISCPHR promotional material. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.

How to Claim CEU's
Conference CEU certificates will be emailed to you after completing the conference survey in Google Forms (instructions and link will be in the conference booklet)
